Trinity Crouch joined the FRI in December 2021 as a Student Program Specialist. She is a student at the University of Missouri pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness Management (Public Policy emphasis) in December 2022, and a Master's degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics in December 2023. During the summer of 2021 Trinity was introduced to public utilities with an internship with the City of Eldon. In 2022, Trinity interned with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources where she worked on the EPA’s Clean Water Needs Survey, during which she toured and studied drinking and clean water systems around the State. She is currently working on her thesis studying the effects of state public utility commissioner selection processes on the performance of regulated utilities in their jurisdictions.
