Advisory Board Member
Erin Gardner is a Senior Director of Regulatory and Political Affairs at NextEra Energy Resources. In her current role, she leads nationwide regulatory strategy at the state level. Erin previously practiced law, working in the Regulatory Legal groups at NextEra Energy and Entergy and litigating at private firms. Erin began her regulatory career in the power and utility sector by serving in the Administrative Hearings Division at the Louisiana Public Service Commission.
Erin received her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Studies and International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Erin lives in New Orleans, Louisiana with her two dogs and serves as on the Board of Directors for The Green Project and as a member of the Advisory Council for the Center of Public Utilities at New Mexico State University.
