Kaley Bangston is Director of Regulatory and Political Affairs at NextEra Energy.  In her current role, she serves as lead on PJM region state legislative and regulatory issues and activities across all business activities.  Kaley has more than 10 years of policy experience in the power sector.  She previously worked at Chicago-based clean energy company Invenergy and Boston-based environmental management consulting firm, M.J. Bradley and Associates supporting independent power producers and environmental nonprofit organizations in policy strategy. 

Kaley received her bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Iowa in 2010 and a master of science in urban and regional planning from the University of Iowa in 2014.  Kaley lives in Chicago with her husband, two children and golden retriever.
