Registration Policies
Substitutions

Substitutions are permitted and must be submitted in writing by email to fri@missouri.edu. Please include the attendee’s name and contact information for the substitute.

Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations received by May 18 will be subject to a $200 processing fee.
  • No refunds issued on or after May 19.

Written cancellation notices must be sent to fri@missouri.edu. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.

We accept credit card and check payments.

Check Payments

Payments are due by May 18 registration deadline.

Certificate of Completion

All seminar participants will receive a CEU certificate electronically after the event. If you prefer a mailed certificate, please contact fri@missouri.edu and reference your name and confirmation number.
